Abstract (EN)

Nepotism has been tried to determine the effects on the motivation to working. To this end, the working, were surveyed using five alternative Likert type scales related to the detection of nepotism in their own businesses and the measurement of their motivation levels. The survey was conducted on 170 employees. Survey results were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 program. In the study, the effects on the workers motivations of nepotism were examined according to factor, correlation, regression, ANOVA and T-test analyzes, and the demographic characteristics of the employees were also mentioned. As a result of all these analyzes the effects of the nepotism practices on the perception and motivation of the company are compared. As a result of the study; Nepotism has been observed to have effects on the motivation to work. There is an inverse proportional relationship between nepotism and motivation.
