Özet (EN)
SUMMARYTrigeminal nerve (Cr5) is the thickest and the most complex structure of the brainamong all the cranial nerves. Cr5?s root part and trigeminal ganglia (TG), locates to area, where important attachments expose to surgeries, oftenly. Anatomical and histological studiesof the Cr5 and TG was aimed to increase success of the surgery. Additionally, in this study, itwas aimed to investigate anatomical details and variotions of the related connections orstuctures which effect Cr5.In our study totally 40 Cr5?s intracranial parts were examined and taken samplestructure from 20 forensic autopsy cadavre. The intracranial course of Cr5 were notedcarefully, and the possible types of variation were investigated. Then, tissue examples weretaken and these were painted with Hematoksilen-Eosin and Mallory?s anilin blue collagenpaint to make histological investigation of the tissues.Macroscobically, Cr5?s length were found as 25.32±2.90 mm and TG?s wideness as13.5±1.2 mm. In two cadavre radix motoria were located at the bottom of the radix sensory, and the other cadavre were located at medial. Cr5 located nearly especially to vascularstructures.Microscobically, the total number of bundles were found as 71.75±8.20. The diamaterof the fibres of the big fasicul was found as 9.11±0.98 µm, and the diameter of the fibres ofthe small fasicul was found as 3.17±0.26 µm. Fibers with big diameter observed as motorfibers, and the fiber with small diameter observed as sensory fibers. Histologically, satellitecells were observed more in TG. Additionally, the difference between ganglion and neuronsaccording to the ratio of the neuron and collagen, cause to think us about making deeperinvestigation on this topic. In the conclusion, we think that the result of our survey will contribute to country?sdemografy, to success on surgery, and to clarify possible different diseases.PDF created with pdfFactory trial version www.pdffactory.com
