Next-generation learning environment platform designed for professional education

The aim of this thesis is, within the scope of the education transformation program of a law enforcement organization that trains with conventional methods; It is to create the main architecture and algorithm of a platform where content can be presented with artificial intelligence-supported algorithms in accordance with the learning characteristics of people while ensuring the high level of use of technology in education processes. Conventional education offers students with different learning characteristics in the same physical place, at the same time, and with the same course content. In the new structure proposed in the transformation program, regardless of time and physical space, individuals' learning competencies will be taken into account, and content suitable for these features will be presented. The methods and similar algorithms that direct and manipulate the user behaviors of the new generation platforms such as social media, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Netflix have been benchmarked and used effectively in the design processes.
