Abstract (EN)

With the progress of the technology to improve the existing strengths of traditional materials and new materials technology has been needed to reveal. Since 1960s, bulk metallik glasses are promising materials which finds wide applications areas with advancing technology. Traditional metallic glass alloys due to low glass transition capabilities, engineering, material availability has been limited. Therefore, the ability to develop vitrification of metallic materials, glass formation, crystallization and thermal stability of various factors on the impact on the struggle continues to understand the mechanisms. During this work by producing ribbon-shaped samples, the thickness of 1mm and amorphous samples obtained from the "bulk metallic glass" gave the name.Until now of produced bulk metallic glass alloys, Co43Fe20Ta5,5B31,5 alloy, 5185 MPa, fracture strength of the alloy were reported as having the highest strength. In this study, since they report the Co43Fe20Ta5,5B31,5 2 mm in thickness, alloy glass transition, glass transition of this alloy increase its ability and potential areas of use within the framework of Co43-xNixFe20Ta5,5-zNbzB31,5-ySiy alloy system, was modified with Ni, Si and Nb elements, ability to develop glass transition.Casting processes of induction and vacuum arc under argon atmosphere was carried out with casting methods. Wedge-shaped samples were prepared and samples produced by the induction furnace glass transition capabilities optical microscope, SEM, XRD and DSC techniques. Glass transition is an increase in capacity is then vacuum arc melting compositions 2-4 mm cylindrical molds were casting process. All compositions were determined critical casting thickness.Vickers micro-hardness of the produced alloy composition of 2.94 N was measured under load. Co43Fe20Ta5,5B31,5 alloy micro-hardness value of HV reported in 1455 in spite of the literature, this study shows the composition of the high glass transition ability of micro-hardness values of HV 1200 from the lower.
