Abstract (EN)
From the beginning of the NMR studies to the mid-1980s, T1 and T2 relaxations of the solutions containing ion or protein, or both together, were examined depending on concentration. From the mid-80s onwards, the relativity concept, which implies an increase in the relaxivity per unit amount of ion or protein, was introduced. There are many studies on ion and protein concentration and relaxivity in the literature. However, these studies were carried out at different concentrations and temperatures using NMR devices operating at different frequencies. Thus, there is no study integrating frequency-concentration data obtained at constant temperature and with different NMR devices. The aim of this study was to determine the frequency-dependence of the individual and / or protein-containing solutions. For this purpose, studies on pure ion and protein solution, ion+protein solution, blood and serum components at different frequencies were screened from 1950. For these types of solutions, the tables showing the relationship between the concentration and concentration were formed by us and the relativity values with the values obtained from these tables were determined. New tables and graphs have been created from the relaxivity values found by us. According to this, the relaxivities of all solutions except Mn(II) R2 relaxivity is high at low frequency and decreases at high frequencies. However, the R2 relaxivity of the Mn(II) ion increases with increasing frequency. Also, the R2 relaxivities of all solutions is greater than that of R1. The most effective alteration of the relaxivity is ion Mn (II) and the most effective modifying protein is (α+β)globulin.
