Özet (EN)

People suffering from neurological disease have difficulty in performing daily living movements such as walking, speaking and gripping, which is the harm the disease inflicts on the nervous system. The signals sent from the brain make it difficult or even impossible to carry out the inability to communicate with the muscles. The success of neurological rehabilitation used in the treatment of these diseases depends on the ability of the patient to carry out the given movements within their own living space. The rapidly evolving virtual reality promises a future for rehabilitation specialists and researchers. The aim of this study is to develop a new rehabilitation tool that allows patients who need neurological rehabilitation to perform exercises in their own habitats in the direction of the vision and recommendations of the therapist to reach their walking and cognitive skills in a shorter time. In this study, a neurological rehabilitation system was developed to design patients' 2D and 3D games based on the kinetic motion sensor, allowing patients to continue their treatment without time constraint within their own habitat. By storing the obtained index scores and transmitting them to the physiotherapist over the internet, the physiotherapist can keep the treatment process under control. Another issue that is at least as important as reporting is that the developed system has a psychological effect that will force the patient to force himself. Most of today's rehabilitation patients either have met with video games late or have never met. For this reason, games and treatment will play a much more active role in future generations. As a result of this study, a low cost system has been realized in which the patient can continue physiotherapy and rehabilitation in his / her habitat and the treatment process can be followed by FTR specialists. This system will allow the patients to be able to carry out the treatment process more healthily, while reducing the costs of the SGK.
