Abstract (EN)
This master thesis consists of five chapters. In the first chapter; the history of fuzzy logic, neutrosophic logic, multi-criteria decision-making methods, DEMATEL method and neutrosophic DEMATEL method were mentioned. In the second chapter, which contains general information, definitions of score and precision functions for fuzzy set, trapezoidal number, intuitionistic fuzzy set, neutrosophic set, single valued neutrosophic set, single valued trapezoidal neutrosophic number, and single valued trapezoidal neutrosophic numbers are given. In addition, in this section, the DEMATEL method was reviewed and the application steps of the DEMATEL method were examined. In the third chapter, information about the neutrosophic DEMATEL method was given and the application steps of this method were examined. In the fourth chapter, an example is given about the decision making applications of the neutrosophic DEMATEL method. The applicability of the method was demonstrated in the given example. In the last chapter, the results obtained in the thesis are given.
