Abstract (EN)
This master thesis consists of six chapters. In the first part; brief history of fuzzy set, intuitionistic fuzzy set and neutrosophic set was mentioned. In the second part; Fuzzy set, intuitionistic fuzzy set definitions, neutrosophic set and neutrosophic topological space definitions and properties were given. In the third chapter, the cartesian product of neutrosophic topological spaces and the definitions and properties of some types of neutrosophic sets in neutrosophic topological spaces were focused on. In the fourth chapter, definitions, propositions and examples related to some new concepts and functions in neutrosophic topology are given in the fourth chapter. Generalized neutrosophic b-open clusters in neutrosophic topological space are mentioned in the fifth chapter. In the last chapter, the results obtained in this thesis are given.
