Abstract (EN)
By its nature, patent law is relavent not only with the law norms but also with the tecnical issues and as a result of this fact, chemical industry related patents requires a knowledge of basic chemistry and processes besides patent law norms. This thesis focuses on the novelty requirement for chemical industry related patents of products, uses and processes, besides, it gives some basic information about the other requirements of patentability where necessary.
