Nuh b. Mustafa and Investigation and analysis of his work tittled el-Kelimatü'ş-şerife fi tenzihi Ebi Hanife

Nuh b. Mustafa is one of the great muslim scholars lived at 17th century Ottoman Empire period. el-Kelimâtü?ş-şerife that he wrote is a book that shows his opinions at Muslim canonical jurisprudence. The book is handled by Hanefi religious sect?s sentiments and they are defended with their evidences. Because of that, the book can be considered as an example of refutation kind.The main reason that writer hadn?t written this book is the widespread use of the story which is claimed against Hanefi religious sect. Actually two copies carried by writer showed us the way at researches.
