Abstract (EN)

In order to consider the development of the Türkmen written language as a whole, it is important to examine the historical periods of Türkmenistan literatüre. When Türkmen literatüre periods are examined, it is understood that Türkmen literatüre during the Second World War has a special importance both in terms of literatüre and the language of these works. Even though these years were described as "recessionary literatüre", works containing many lively expressions in the daily discourse of the people of Türkmen Turkish in terms of the language in which the struggle of the bright intellectuals and writers of Türkmen literatüre were published. One of these works is the povesti of Yagtıga Çıkanlar, which belongs to Nurmırat Sarıhanov. Our thesis consists of six parts: introduction, phonology, morphology, text transcription, transfer of the text to Turkey Turkish, index and conclusion. In the introduction part of our study, explanations about Türkmen literatüre were given and Information about the period of the author's life and the author was given. The povest, which was transcribed and transferred to Turkey Turkish, was examined in terms of phonetics and morphology. In the phonology section, vowels and consonants were explained historically and examined from a diachronic perspective, and phonetic events were determined. In the morphology section, nouns, adjectives, adverbs, pronouns, prepositions and verbs in the text are classifıed and discussed. In the index section, the grammatical index of the text is explained.
