Abstract (EN)
The manuscript libraries in Turkey hold many works constituting subjects to the studies of the researchers: The Nuruosmaniye Library in İstanbul is one of them. Along with some of the works which are well known by the researchers as they are printed, some intact ones await to meet with the new researchers. In this thesis 167 works of NuruosmaniyeManuscript Library, related to rhetoric -75 of which are epistels- were analyzed and at the same time the information was given about the transcript features and authors.
