The relationship between orientation strategies, innovation and export performance: A study in export manufacturing companies in TR33 region

In order to ensure economic growth, countries need to increase their productiın capacity. One of the important factors increasing export performance is inovation. Inovation means revealing completely new products, processes and systems, or making signficant improvements in existing prducts, systems and processes.Businesses should have strategies and structures that support the elements such as creativity, knowledge production, and information sharing necessary for innovation and direct their resources to these areas. From this point of view the main purpose of the research to be carried out within the scope of this project is to determine the oriented strategies and organizational structures that affect the innovation-based export performance in export production enterprises located within the borders of the TR33 Economic Zone.For this purpose, it is aimed to conduct an empirical research based on Strategic-Structure and Resource Based approach. Research data will be collected through questionnaires. The target audience answering the questionnaire in the research is the export department manager or employees of the manufacturing industry enterprises that export in the TR 33 region, if there are no export department then managers or employees in charge of the export. Least squares structural equation analysis will be used in the analysis of data within the scope of the project (PLS-SEM).
