Abstract (EN)
The primary aim of this study is to examine the effects of reward systems on employee performance and organizational commitment. In today's competitive business environment, sustainable success largely depends on the effective management of human resources. In this context, motivating employees and strengthening their emotional connection to the organization have a direct impact on both their performance and level of commitment. A quantitative research method was adopted, using the survey model and data were collected through questionnaires. The study sample consists of 335 employees working in various private sector organizations. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS software, employing descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation Analysis. The findings indicate that employees' satisfaction with salary and rewards significantly affects their emotional commitment, continuance commitment, overall organizational commitment, and job performance. It was observed that employees who are satisfied with reward systems demonstrate higher levels of organizational commitment and performance. Accordingly, the study recommends the development of fair, motivating, and sustainable reward systems. Keywords: Reward, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance, Human Resources Management
