According to the learning organization model private school administration analysis

VI ABSTRACT Education is a significant indication in the development and improvement of communities. Because of this, education has an important role in the government politics. In the social life individuals go through formal and informal education levels. The government arranges the educational activities which are formal and informal education levels that are under the supervision of the government have a great effect on the carreer of on individual. The most significant insditution in education is the school. Primary, secondary and higher education is usually gone through at the school. School helps individuals acquire necessory knowledge, talent and skills which they need for their life and carreer. Thus, the quality of school and that it gets an effective system is important. Privite school managements show the reality of private schools clearly via studies that make with a great self-devotion and via the achievements which they provide for the students. The objective of private school management was to support the educational activities carried out by the state and to improve educational quality in Turkey. However; although a private school does functionally the same activities as a state school does within the same cirruculum, private schools, as business enterprises getting active in an enviroment of free competition, have to make financial profit in order to be able to keep alive. Private school administrations have to complete their capaticy to stay alive. Therefore, the school image should be adopted by the society, and the success of the school should be appreciated. For that reason, it is necessary for private schools both to compete with state schools and to have same qualities which are more different and more influencive than a state school has. The learning school model aims to cause the school succeed in an active enviroment and to create a learning school culture by means of uniting everybody in school in a mutual vision, a holistic point of view and on understanding which gives importance to team work. In this study, private school administration was investigated throughly according to the learning organization model, and the existence of the learning organization variables was analysed.
