Learning agility is knowing what to do as a solution when you don't know what to do. The learning agility structure can be completed with some skills. These skills can be listed as problem solving, analytical thinking, making sense, creative thinking, critical thinking, etc. When these skills are looked at holistically, it can be said that they point to 21st century skills. The sample group of the research in which the relational screening model was used consisted of 302 teachers in the province of Eskişehir. Demographic information form, Marmara Learning Agility Scale (MLA Scale) and 21st Century Teaching Skills Use Scale were used as data collection tools in the research. In the research, both the learning agility levels of the teachers and their levels of use of 21st century teaching skills were found to be high. 21st century. In the study, teachers' learning agility and 21st century teacher skills did not show any significant difference according to the variables of gender, age, branch, education status, seniority and participation in professional development activities. In addition as a result of the multiple linear regression analysis conducted to examine the role of learning agility sub-dimensions on the use of 21st century teacher skills, it was seen that the dimensions of human relations agility and agility in creating results significantly predicted 21st century teacher skills. Accordingly, teachers being learning agile individuals with 21st century teaching skills will have an impact on the education of future generations. Therefore, encouraging teachers to participate in in-service training can be suggested. In addition, it is suggested that teachers prepare their teaching processes in line with the skills so that students can become learning agile individuals with 21st century teaching skills.
