Unionist attitudes and loyalty of the lecturer: Yalova University sample

In Turkey, unions are among these which have most members with non-governmental organizations. It is natural that the management of such large organizations should be carried out within the framework of multimentional communication and professional governance process to increase the members union strance and loyality. The unions which have many institutions and organizations, and also many professionals in their organizations.Hundreds of positions in public have different expectations from unions. Generally unions are founded on the protection and development of the economic and social rights. In additon to their activities, they carry out many actions and organizations related to agenda.In this way, the unions continue to be on the agenda by employees with their positive and sometimes negative actions. Particularly, the outcomes of the collective agreement process, the attitues and behaviours of union representities are discussed whether they are focused on solutions to the local problems or not. The personal values, gender, age, level of education, working conditions, union histories, type of sector they work, political or religious tendencies, dialogue with union represnatatives or members, union expactations, union perseptions of the members factors are important factors in the continuation of the membership and union commitment. Also, it is necessary to think independently of the economic and social situation in which the trade union dependency country lies, regardless of the legal rights recognized for trade union organizations and the dynamics within the organization.
