Abstract (EN)
This study aims to investigate the subscale of the job satisfaction in current conditions which is applied to teachers for the first time in the PISA 2015 application. In the study, a causal-comparative model was used due to the comparison of different group scores. For the study, the measurement invariance of TC026Q05 code (I enjoy working at this school), TC026Q07 code (I recommend the school as a good place), TC026Q09 (I am satisfied with my performance at my school) and TC026Q10 (I am satisfied with my work as a result) were examined for 18 different countries. The study was continued with 103499 data after data from scale- applied countries from PISA 2015. The structure validity of the scale was analyzed in accordance with the sub-problems. As a result of this analysis, we observed that there are problems in the data of the countries other than Brazil and Korea. With this limitation in mind, multiple group confirmatory factor analysis was performed for measurement invariance control and also invariance steps were examined. In conclusion, we observed that the measurement invariance was achieved.
