Abstract (EN)

Rapidly changing technologies bringing together advances in globalization globalization also raises the competition with a strong change. The most successful education in a competitive environment, quality education has been capable of the best and most economical way. Seeking to increase their competitiveness manager training methods have focused on mobbing prevention efforts. The main objective of the education system in today's conditions, to provide high quality services with higher education levels and lower costs. Educational management was needed to accomplish this modification. Benefiting from almost all of the educational administration management approach is a management approach to achieving this goal will enable powerful system revealed the distinction of being the people-oriented. Raising the level of teachers and students' satisfaction, continuous development and improvement, training concepts such as zero defects is of great importance to education management. The purpose of this study, teachers; mobbing is to examine the level of perception. Research is a survey. As data collection methods in the study, the scale developed by Cemaloğku and Ertürk (2007) was used. The scale was conducted 201 teachers. For analyzing tha data, frequecy, percantage and chi-square test were used in the study. 55.7% of the teachers surveyed women between 25-34 years of age 54,7'n%, 48.3% were married, 76.6% of the bachelor's degree, 73.1% of teachers, 38% working time in the position they found Alam In 8 is 0-5 years, the total duration of professional experience 28,9'n% were found to be 0-5 years. They've seen the negative criticism about their work with the gender of the teacher, the recognition of their work and they are experiencing the situation be treated as a positive, significant relationship between their institutions be urged to invite respectively.
