Teachers perceptions of positive psychological capital some work attitudes (job performance, job satisfaction, organizational commitment) investigation on effects

Positive psychology is a discipline that focuses on people's positive character traits, virtues and strengths, and aims to make normal life more satisfying. Positive psychological capital, instead of focusing on the negative aspects of employees, aims to turn this into productivity by focusing on their positive behavior. It has been tested whether the positive psychological capital perceptions of the teachers, which serve as an example for future generations, have an effect on job satisfaction, job performance and organizational commitment. In order to test the hypotheses, a questionnaire consisting of 76 questions including all scales was presented to the participants in 421 sample group on the internet and the data were obtained. As a result of the data analysis, it was found that teachers' perceptions of positive psychological capital had positive and significant effects on organizational commitment, job satisfaction and job performance. When there is a significant difference between demographic factors and positive psychological capital perceptions, only a significant difference between branch and school type has been determined.
