Relationship between teachers profficiency of class management and profficiency of career

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TEACHERS PROFFICIENCY OF CLASS MANAGEMENT AND PROFFICIENCY OF CAREER This reseach aims to determine if there are differences betwen the varrables of teachers profficıency of classıs management and theiry profficıency of a acording to age,gender,marital status,soo at economic status,seniorlty,duration of work in that articolar school,fied of study and class levels. Research sample consists of 237 teachers,98 of those are women (41.35 %) who teach in first hiddle school and in lycee in Bitlis city and Ahlat county and 139 of those are man (58.65 %). Research data was gathered from personal information froms profficıency of career meausurements and profficıency of class management meausurements. Inardet to an alyze the data statistical techniqus of average standert deviation, emalysis of variance (ANOVA), PEARSON correlation test, T- test, schaffer test, significent level were used. Research results indicate that there is a significient lifference of the profficıency of class management according to variables of teachers are of study and the type of school which they work on the ather hand there is no significent level of ifference between the variabes of profficıency of career.
