Abstract (EN)
In order to have a regular Working life the occupational health and safety management system should be adopted. It is important that both employer and employees adopt this mentality and apply it continuously to reach their expectations in occupational life. The OHSAS 18001 which has developed to provide this, the effects and results of occupational health and safety management system on the occupational conditions and the way how to provide it, is the main topic of this work. In this case, it is mentioned about the OHSAS 18001 standart?s existed profits which has added up in the project with it?s examples. It was tried to show with the existence of this document that the risks in the occupational area which will decrease. Especially with AGDAŞ example the treatment of the process has shown, by doing this, it is amaid to show the effecs and profıts of the system. It is also tried to show the cases which has occured in the absence of the OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system.
