V_i and (j,k)-type helices in Euclidean and semi-Euclidean space with index two

Abstract (EN)

This thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter is introduction. The second chapter contains concepts and definitions which are needed throughout the thesis. In the third chapter consists of literature. In the fourth chapter, we characterize V_{n-1} helix depending on harmonic curvature function in n-dimensional Euclidean space. In addition, (j,k)-type helix is defined and we give examples of this type curves in 4-dimensional Euclidean space. Using earlier knowledge in literature, we get some results in 4 and 5-dimensional Euclidean space. Also, V_3 helix has been characterized in 5-dimensional Euclidean space. In the fifth chapter, we characterize V_1, V_2, V_{n-1} and V_{n} helices depending on harmonic curvature in n-dimensional semi-Euclidean space with index 2. Further, for the case n=4, we obtain some results and give an example of (1,4)-type helix. Also, we obtain some families of spacelike and timelike polynomial helices polynomial helix are given in n-dimensional semi-Euclidean space with index 2.
