Examination of the relationship between school principals' inclusive leadership behavior and teachers' organizational commitment

In this research, it is aimed to analyze the inclusive leadership behaviors of school principals according to the views of teachers. In order to achieve the stated objectives, the relational survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used as a method in the research. The universe of the research consists of teachers working in public schools in Eskişehir. The sample of the research is 652 teachers who were determined from the population by the Simple Random Sampling method. Three data collection tools were used to collect data in the study. The first is the Personal Information Form to learn the personal information of teachers, the second is the Inclusive Leadership Scale, and the third is the Organizational Commitment Scale. In the research, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used in the analysis process. Independent samples t-test, one-way variance, Pearson correlation and simple linear regression analyzes were used since it was determined that the data showed normal distribution from inferential statistical methods. In the study, it was determined that there was a significant difference between teachers' views on organizational commitment and inclusive leadership according to gender, educational level, professional seniority and working time in the educational institution. In addition, it was determined in the study that there was a positive, moderately significant relationship between teachers' views on the inclusive leadership behaviors exhibited by school principals and their organizational commitment. In addition, the study determined that teachers' views on inclusive leadership were a significant predictor of their views on organizational commitment
