Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to investigate practices of the early childhood teachers during child-child interactions in early childhood learning environments. Case study design was utilized for the study. The study group consisted of five pre-school teacherswho were determined by the convenient sampling in the center of Ankara in the 2018-2019 academic year. The data of the study was gathered thorugh observations conducted at each classroom and semi-structured interviews conducted with each teacher. In line with the analysis of the research data, the findings were categorized as teachers 'perceptions of classroom interaction, teachers' perceptions and practices of interaction between children, teacher-child interactions themes and teacher-child interactions sub-theme during free play activities.
