To survey kinder garden teachers opinions about teaching reading and writing in kinder gardens, multidimensional: Şişli in Istanbul

The purpose of this research is to survey kinder garden teachers?- who work in Şişli in İstanbul- opinions about teaching reading and writing in kinder gardens, multidimensional. 122 pre-school teachers participated in the research. Scanning model is used in the research. Personal information form which was prepared by researcher and questionnaire of pre-school teachers? opinions about teaching reading and writing in kinder gardens, were used as data forth instrument. For determine the demographic specialities of pre-school teachers? who are the samples for the teachers? opinions about teaching reading and writing in kinder gardens, descriptively statistics and cross-tables are used such as frequency and percentage. Chi-square analyse was made to determine if sample group teachers? answers for the survey are depend on school genre, seniority and getting the relevant education, as a result of chi-square analyse, dependency between the variables are tested statistical.The results of the research are as follows: By looking the evidences of descriptive values of Opinions of Pre-school Teachers About Teaching Reading and Writing in kinder gardens Survey?s answers, it shows that pre-school teachers who attended the survey think not to teach reading and writing in kinder garden generally.
