Scale development study for earlychildhood educators' attitudes towards to art education

The daily education program provides children with learning experiences through various activities. One of these activities is art education. Art education helps the individual to develop an aesthetic point of view, to be sensitive to the environment, to express his feelings and thoughts in various forms, and to improve communication skills by providing a better understanding of the world he lives in. Children learn to see the problems faced by creative forces through art education and find ways to solve them. In this case it is essential that pre-school teachers encourage, support and direct children in every way by making the necessary environmental arrangements to encourage children to work with creative arts and create programs in this direction. This research is the development of attitude scale to reveal attitudes of pre-school teachers towards art education. It is thought that the attitude scale towards the art which will be developed in order to determine the attitudes towards the artificial within the scope of this research will contribute to the field in terms of addressing both education and art fields.
