Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between preschool teachers' innovative thinking dispositions and classroom management skills. The research was carried out using the qualitative method. Interpretive phenomenology was used as the design of the research. The study group of the research consists of volunteer preschool teachers working in public and private pre-school institutions in Kartal/Istanbul in the 2022-2023 academic year. The research data were collected through the interview form created by the researchers. In the research, face-to-face interviews were conducted with 18 teachers. During the interview, a voice recording was taken and deciphered by the researcher in line with the permission of the participants. As a result of the research; In line with the teachers' own views, it was stated that the use of innovative thinking-based methods and activities in education positively affects classroom management.
