Evaluation of the relationship between professional personality types and levels of professional satisfaction of school administrators - the example of Ümraniye

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the professional personality types of school administrators and their professional satisfaction, and the professional personality types and professional satisfaction of school administrators in terms of gender, length of service in the profession and marital status variables. In this study conducted with 200 school administrators, a relationship between professional personality types, social and realistic personality types, and professional satisfaction was found. While the professional personality types of school administrators differ in terms of gender, length of service in the profession and marital status, no significant difference was found in the professional satisfaction levels of school principals according to gender, length of service in the profession and marital status.
