The effect of cominication school administors and parents to improvement of school

School, parents of students and students are constituents of education systems. For education systems to come out the desired outcomes, these three elements' being in cooperation and communication strongly is quite important. Therefore, the school directors, who want to achieve success in education and instruction, must give importance to the parent-school relationship to make parents of students participative as well as teachers and students for every action to be taken. That school directors are in interaction with the partners they serve is crucial to improve the educational institutions for which they serve in line with the target. For this reason, that relations being appropriate to democratic principles are established and sustained are all supervisory activities which must be performed. This activity that must be started from family and that increase the effectiveness of training is also communication process. Communication between the individuals and the institutions that come together for various purposes is very important. Especially the school directors need to communicate the school shareholders. To be able to mention about a qualified school is only possible, only when the school accomplishes its targets, there must be an increase in terms of education quality, and the constant progress of school in the subject of education. To understand the effect of the directors being in contact with parents to improve the school standards is highly important. Examining directors' contacting with the parents will cause two important factors of education to be analysed and deduct important outcomes on this issue. The aim of this study is to emphasise the effect of the communication between school director and parents that has been monitored for various factors. First of all, topic related open-ended questions have been determined, after that these questions have been revised by consulting an expert, and then a survey that is suitable for the subject of the study has been prepared. The number of the participants of this survey is 281 and the participants are randomly chosen parents whose children study in the primary, secondary and high schools in Gemerek Town in the city of Sivas. This survey filled by the parents has been evaluated by SPSS programme. The symptoms that have been found according to the subject of the study have been explicated in the part of discussion. The results and the suggestions related with the effect of the relation between school directors and parents have been given place in this survey. The most important outcome of this study is that the school management's being in contact with the parents of the students boost the quality of the education and that it improves the school both socially and physically.
