Özet (EN)

In this thesis study, a simple, rapid and sensitive voltammetric method for Oxaliplatin, which has anticancer effect with cytotoxic properties has been developed. The BDD electrode is electrochemically activated in the cathodic direction at 0.5 M H2SO4. The electrochemical properties of oxaliplatin have been investigated using square-wave voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry techniques on the surface of the BDD electrode. Using square-wave stripping mode, oxaliplatin has yielded a well-defined voltammetric response in Britton-Robinson buffer BR (pH 5.0) at +1.01 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). The voltammetric technique developed has been detected to be linear in the BR (pH 5.0) environment in the 1.0-4.5 μM concentration range and the detection limit to be 0.27665 μM (0.109 μg mL-1). The proposed method has successfully been applied to pharmaceutical formulations of Oxaliplatin.
