Annulment of the testamentary dispositions

The subject of the thesis is ?Annulment of the Testamentary Dispositions?. The importance of the testamentary dispositions has been increasing continuously. It is quite natural that people would like to determine who will get and use their assets after they die and how. Therefore, it is important to what kind of a path people can follow they have determined to use that right, in which situations their testamentary dispositions will be valid or invalid.The first part of the thesis comprises of the general information about the concept and types of testamentary dispositions.In the second part, reasons that affect the validity of testamentary dispositions are examined. These reasons can be grouped in four main titles:-absence of the testamentary capacity,-formal defect,-defective will and-contrariety to law or immorality of the subject of the testamentary disposition or charges or conditions which are attached to testamentary disposition.Additionally, how can these reasons disable the testamentary dispositions and we touched on different visuals in doctrine.In the third section, the action of nullity is explained. Other subjects that are clarified are the parties of the action, competent court and official court, duration of action and burden of proof.In the final section, there are results which we have got during preparing this thesis.
