Abdul Aziz showed high efficiency by organizing the state's financial administration. He carried out radical reforms in the revenue and expenditure system, and ensured that state resources were used in a manner that achieved the public interest. Thanks to these reforms, the efficiency of the financial system has improved and transparency and accountability in the management of public funds has increased. Omar b. Abdulaziz demonstrated that effective administration must be based on moral and religious principles, stressing that the ruler must be a role model of justice and integrity.
