Abstract (EN)

To reveal the results of risk parameters thought to be involved in the development of rerupture after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. To measure soft tissue (ALL), bone morphology (such as LFKO, PTLE, PTME and NOTCH VOLUME....) and non-anatomical tunnel placements that may cause the development of anterior cruciate ligament rerupture with various imaging methods with appropriate methods and to reveal extensive radiographic results. Patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and developed rerupture in Tekirdağ University Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology and Gaziosmanpaşa Training and Research Hospital, Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology between 2014 and 2023 were evaluated retrospectively. A total of 120 patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and 55 patients who developed rerupture were included in the study. Sociodemographic characteristics of all patient groups (age, gender), radiographic measurements of the knee on full AP and lateral radiographs (tibial slope, tibial and femoral tunnel inclination angles...), knee MR (proximal tibial medial and lateral slope, proximal tibial medial depth and proximal tibial lateral height, notch index...) were recorded. . All data obtained between the groups were statistically analyzed using spss 20.0 (statistical package for social sciences) program. We found that the bone morphology of the lateral compartment of the knee plays a role in the development of rerupture. The lateral femoral condyle, which forms the distal femoral bone morphology. We concluded that proximal tibia bone morphology such as proximal tibia lateral slope and proximal tibia medial depth may pose a risk in favor of rerupture.
