Abstract (EN)

Ill ABSTRACT In this work, The Organized Industrial Area in Dinar has been evaluated in the point of optimal location choosing and given place to the suggested investments in the way of rationality. In the first chapter, from the aspects of industrial factories, information related to the concept of optimal location and the optimal location has been given and its contributions to productivity and profitability have been dwelled upon. In the second chapter, the steps for optimal location choosing, the criteria, objective and subjective factors and measurable and nonmeasurable methods for their evaluations in the choosing process have been stated. Necessity of these methods to provide efficiency in optimal location choosing has been emphasized. In the third chapter, the concept of the Organized Industrial Areas has been evaluated in terms the Law of the Organized Industrial Areas numbered 4562 rules related to the Law, the application of the Law and legal loophole filled has been given place to. Furthermore, in this chapter, facilities provided by the Organized Industrial Areas to the investors and investment incentives to these districts have been determined. In the fourth chapter, the economic, social, geographic and demographic data for Dinar county has been gathered and put forward a profile.Beside that, suggested investments in connection with Dinar Organized Industrial Area have been put forward as both the investments to utilize the potential and the investments to meet the demand. Feasibilities for suggested investments to this district have been stated and the things must be done to attract investmens to Dinar have been enumerated.
