This research aims to determine the effects of consumers' personality, values, ethical understanding, health consciousness and product information on attitudes and buying behavior toward organic food. With this purpose, 901 questionnaire forms gathered via face to face survey from participants who make purchases from five organic district bazaars in Istanbul. Obtained data were analyzed with structural equation modeling by using AMOS software. According to the research results, it is determined that consumers' attitude towards organic food has an impact on organic food buying behavior.
