Abstract (EN)

In today's industry, the most significant aspect of the corporation is the information system, which investors rely on to gather information and data. Organizations that are not skilled or sophisticated now will fast become disconnected in the future. Uncertainty (performing two actions, such as expulsion and searching) aids companies in overcoming this difficulty and is becoming more prevalent with information system programmes (IS). The aim of our research is about the importance of information system in organizations in getting organizational ambidexterity. Also, it has been investigating the importance of information system in strategic decisions. According to the results, it has been seen that the effect of the company's internal and external environment as economic and social health policies on the achieving organizational ambidexterity. Also, according to the company managers that interviewed, they mentioned that the information system means the life of the organization's development too. The research results show the importance of strategic information system in participation in strategic decisions, increasing organizational income and lowering expenses, and utilizing the information system approach, will assist firms in attaining organizational ambidexterity via research and exploitation.
