WEB Based Change Management in organizations: The impact of information technologies on perception of organizational change

Nowadays, "change" became a fact that is sensed frequently. When it comes to reasons of the acceleration of "change"; we can count on reasons such as communication environment that we have been in, increase of geometrical information provided by information technologies and intense competition that occurs in global system. As a need of "fast change" environment; organizations adopt flexible management approaches, intensively use information and communication technologies which will eincrease the flexibility and efficiency of the organization. In recent days communication opportunities that are provided by internet environment, provide the highest flexibility to organizations. The organizations which are aware of this situation restructure themselves as they can run their business by this structure(e-applications) ; with this new structure, they desire to react to changes faster. Business processes are getting compatible with new implementations, however the ability to react to changes, to watch and develop proactive behaviours can only come true by coincidences. In the context of this study, a change model(WTDYS), which will provide a sustainable change within the internet based structures, suitable to the spirit of e-applications, was attempted to be developed. Before bringing up the model, a comprensive research was required to be accomplished about change and change management, information technologies and new business models. Although it's not possible to test the model, by the help of research that was done in a public foundation; it was tested if the model is functioned correctly or not, according to the responsibilities and tasks the model should take, the approach it should exhibit and the staff it should include ; and useful clues were found about this topic.
