Abstract (EN)

The study examines the relationships between organizatıonal citizenshipbehaviour and organizational justice. Four modelsexplaining the OCB were drawn. Path analyse were utilized to explain OCB. It is foundthat organizational justice did not have direct effect on OCB. Empowerment, recognition, self-efficacy and years of experience in the job have direct effect on OCB.Results show that justice in interactions is more important than justice in prosedural andjustice in important. Teachers are more likely to be influenced from the lack of justice ininteractions then lack of justice in Procedural and distribution. Teachers still engage inOCB in the absence of distribution justice and prosedural justice if there is justiceinteractions. Futher studies can investigate effect of personal variables on OCB. Itseems that teachers may show OCB eventhough organizational stuatiens are not veryfavorable.Key words: Educatıonal Administration, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour,Organizational Justice, Empowerment, Recognition
