Preparation of web based distance learning media and a sample application for electrical circuit analysis of direct current course

Nowadays among the general education programs distance education have a greatimportance.In all distance education materials some systems such as web-basededucation and measurement-assessment become more dominant than the others. Bymeans of an effective web-based education the learners can have personal, permanent,useful, economical and independent education.It is tried to be performed in this study that distance education materials can be used inteaching learning process of professional and technical education. In web-based circumstances the outlook is veryimportant and both explanation and examples are supported by the animations andstudies that include actions.These materials include different areas for both teachers and learners. The learners canmake use of the areas not forbidden to them and they can get feedbacks about theirsuccess during the exams thanks to the teachers. If their success is evaluated asefficient the passwords of other lessons are sent to the learners by messages.
