Because of this hard global competition; the leaders of the organizations Should loosen all the unseen mental clutches; review their managenial styles and guestion their leadership gualities in this respect; (organizational) leaders should gain the capabilities to make guick decisions with a vision and act accordingly. In order to bring the ideal organization and resources together, it is necessary for the leaders to start the trans formational process of "organizational development" in their organications. This developments energy resource would be knowledge and the catalyst would be the nonstop learning. This process is like complicated chemical reaction.
