The role of inter organizational communication on administrative functions and a field survey

Communication, as well as being the continuous phenomenon throught human life, is an important phenomenon that provides the relationship between human and organizations maintains and just as human, sustains the organizational structure. Throught time communication with its means and interchangeable structure is extremely important for both human being and organizational structure it is also an unavoidable necessity to maintain organizational entity.It?s quite natural for communication, which has such an important place for organization, to affect the administrative function. Knowing the role of communication on the administrative function and being prepared for this, benefits organizational communication. Knowing and taking precautions of the problems which was experienced by the other organizations and Knowing The best type of usage which was observed previously by other organization and Making preparations according to this Will bring great ease to organizations. In this investigation the concept of communication administrative function which has a vital importance for organization will be analyzed.The aim of this application is to determine the role of communication on organizations and by using these inventions Provide an opportunity for the enterprise which is aiming to benefit from communication and enterprise which is already benefiting from it to once more evaluate their conditions.This study is composed out of 3 main parts. In the first part the concept of communication and structure, in the second part the conceptional structure of organizational communication and a theoric investigation was made on the role of the administrative functions. As for the last part there is a study survey and evaluation on the administrational functions of communication on the active firms in Kütahya organized industrial site which are made in the light of the analysis in the previous parts.Keywords: Communication, Organization of Internal Communications, Managerial Functions, Planning, Control.
