Abstract (EN)

In this study, which examines the work life balance, organizational climate and psychological resilience phenomena, the effect of organizational climate and psychological resilience in providing work life balances of individuals is analyzed. In addition, the relationship between work-life balance and socio-demographic characteristics such as gender, age, education level, marital status and seniority is examined. The study was supported by an empirical study on a sample group of 315 people. Work Life Balance Scale, Psychological Resilience Scale III-R and Organizational Climate Scale were used in this study. The data transferred to the SPSS 20 package program were evaluated using factor and internal consistency, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and Multiple Linear Regression techniques. In the findings, it was determined that organizational climate and psychological resilience affected work life balance. The high level of psychological resilience of individuals and the existence of a positive organizational climate make it easier for individuals to achieve work life balance. In addition, as a result of the t-test, it is seen that female teachers have more difficulty in providing work life balance than male teachers.
