Abstract (EN)

An important part of the working people?s life is spend at work places. A person needs a job that he or she does willingly to go to his or her job everytime with the same feelings and to start working and to try to finish that day?s works in time and willingly. When he or she gets that kind of job, the person may be more effective both for his or her job and for himself or herself.Stress, which is an important factor effecting the workers in business life, has been the widely discussed subject of recent years. In business life, there are lots of factors of stres affecting the people which are both personal and organizational. These factors cause them have many difficulties by affecting them negatively. Stress which is encountered extremely in business life reduces individuals? motivation and performation and consequently causes them to leave the organization. Therefore, to increase workers? performance and satisfaction in the organization and to provide workers? dedication to the organization which is the most important thing, the mentioned factors require to be found and lowered to the least. In this sense, ?organizational climate? concept which has a great importance for the founders and searchers in the organization comes up to us.Organizational climate indicates the available conditions in that organization being understood by the workers and the quality of organizational life. If the organizational climate is negative as a result of the comparison of the workers? evaluation of the available atmosphere in the organization with the required atmosphere in that organization; the concept ?stress? comes up.Key Words: Organizational Climate, Stress, Job Satisfaction, Effeteness.
