Abstract (EN)
The increasing population of the world, the increasing economic and political crises in the world, the unequal distribution of economic income has increased, increasing of emperyalizm and the number and type of crimes in the world. These types of crime that are increasing in the present day are especially processed within the organizational element. The organization is an indispensable source of assistance in terms of helping, promoting, facilitating and systematizing the processing of these types of crimes. He has expanded the scope of punishment if criminal types are committed in organizational activity. In addition, establishing an organization for the purpose of committing a crime constitutes a crime type on its own. "The crime of establishing an organization for the purpose of committing crimes" is regulated by the 220 th article of the Turkish Criminal Law No.5237." The crime of establishing an organization in order to commite a crime within the organization is different. The crime of establishing an organization in order to commit a crime now takes its place in the growing number of terrorist elements. Many crime types, from past to present day, have been processed effectively, continuously and in danger within the scope of the organization. In this context, we can point out that today, in order to commit crime, the organization is operating in order to realize almost the aims of terrorism. These concepts are intertwined. Increasing separatist demands, rising nationalist movements, inequality, loopholes in authority, increased armed conflict, religious and sectarian conflicts have led to the creation of terrorist offenses in the world.
