Özet (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational culture type and organizational silence in the context of hotel businesses. Quantitative research method was used in the research and data were obtained by the survey technique. The data obtained from the employees of the five-star hotel enterprises operating in the Alanya region by using the survey technique were subjected to frequency analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a result of the correlation analysis, the relationship between organizational culture and organizational silence was examined, and a moderately positive significant result emerged in this relationship. When we examine the relationship between organizational silence and sub-dimensions of organizational culture, it is revealed that the clan culture and adhocracy culture have a weakly positive relationship with organizational silence, while market culture and hierarchy culture have a moderately positive relationship between organizational silence. Regression analysis was also performed in the study. In the regression analysis carried out, it was seen that the organizational culture significantly affected the organizational silence. As a result of the research, it was determined that clan, adhocracy, market and hierarchy culture, which constitute the sub-dimensions of the organizational culture, have a significant and positive effect on organizational silence.
