Abstract (EN)
Organizational culture plays an active role in achieving organizational goals in the rapidly changing business world. One of the elements that organizations are permanently or able to survive in a competitive environment is that the members of the organization equate the organization feel faithful to the vision, policies and identity of the organization. This is related to the importance and satisfaction of employees. On the other hand, in work environments where employees do not meet their needs with enough resources and those who do not care, burnout may occur. This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational culture and burnout syndrome. In this study, where quantitative research methods were applied, the organizational culture and levels of burnout of employees in the financial sector were examined and it was determined whether the sub-dimensions of burnout and organizational culture differed in terms of demographic variables. In the study, it is concluded that burnout and organizational culture are two related concepts. It was found that organizational culture perception differed depending on marital status, but hierarchical culture perception differed with service period. Other sub-dimensions of organizational culture and burnout level did not differ according to gender, age, educational background and service period.
