Abstract (EN)
The aim of this research is to determine the impact of organizational culture on innovative behaviour trends and to determine the mediating role of self efficacy in this effect. For this purpose, data was collected through a 58 question with demographic questions consisting of self efficacy scale, innovation scale and organizational culture scale. The universe of the study consisted of 350 white-collar employees working in a stated-owned enterprise located in the Bandırma district of Balıkesir, while the sample of the study consisted of 223 individuals. Reliability analysis, frequency analysis, normality testing, discoverer factor analysis, multiple correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were performed with the data obtained. Multiple correlation analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between self efficacy perception, trends in innovative behaviour and organizational culture. A hierarchical regression analysis with an intermediary variable was performed to determine the effects of variables on each other. The results of regression analyses showed that organizational culture had significant impact on self efficacy and innovative behaviour, self efficacy had significant impact on innovative behaviour, self efficacy had a mediating effect on the impact of organizational culture on innovative behaviour. Suggestions have been made for future studies. It has been seen that the work will make significant contributions to the literatüre and other practitioners.
