The "Organizational Culture Scale" developed by RimaHandayani (2011) and the "Job Satisfaction Scale" developed by Weiss, Dawis, England, and Lofquist (1967) were used as data collection tools in the study. As a result of the analysis, it is seen that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction, this relationship is positive and linear. In other words, as the perception of organizational culture improves, job satisfaction also increases.
