Abstract (EN)

The aim of the research is to examine the relations of Organizational Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Commitment and to find out and explain whether Organizational Commitment has a mediating role in the effect of Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In this context, research; It was made in two factories belonging to the same individuals, serving in the 3-shift, 24-hour-based textile sector in Gaziantep Province Organized Industrial Zone. Factories are a continuation of each other. The survey application was obtained in August-September-October 2021. The population of the research consists of 284 employees. Since the survey was conducted one-onone, a total of 246 employees were surveyed when those who did not want to participate were excluded. The sample of the study consisted of 246 people and the results of the analysis were evaluated at the 5% significance level. When the findings of the research are examined, it is seen that Organizational Culture has a statistically significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Culture has a statistically significant effect on Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Commitment has a statistically significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In addition, it was found that Organizational Commitment has a partial mediator effect on the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
